After gaining a wealth of experience in this field, we now specialise in assisting all those with the private rental properties.
Our focus is with regards to the planning and licensing laws for residential conversions of properties and those who have received planning enforcement notices from their local authority for a suspected breach of planning law.
This includes properties converted into Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) or multiple units/flats. Our services range from providing advice to submitting planning or licensing applications on a client’s behalf.
